I'll share with you 2 practical things you can do today to overcome anxiety and stress.
But first, I want to tell you a story.. I spoke with a client on the phone the other day and she told me she stresses out and feels anxious most of the time.
She literally sat at her computer on a Saturday trying to catch up on all her to-do’s, but was stuck on the simplest task because she couldn’t think clearly.
Anxiety was making it hard for her to get anything done... she just kept trying to do the one thing over and over again but couldn't get anything done... she was frozen.
I could have given her some productivity hacks to get more done, but, if she’s operating from stress, no matter how robust the strategy or plan I would have given her was, she wouldn’t be as effective with it unless she first dealt with the anxiety directly.
