Fear of what people think of us or of fear being judged are such normal insecurities – especially in this day and age with social media.
And as we grow our leadership, it's important for us to be able to take feedback, but not let it define us.
Easy to say, I know… but how?!?
Since we can't control other people, I want to show you a step-by-step process in this video that allows you to heal wounds at the root... within YOU.
And just to be clear, what I'm about to share with you works like MAGIC 😉 ✨
Ready? Let's dive in...
The next time someone's words hurt you, do this:
1️⃣ Honor your hurt with compassion. Know that this is innocent + by feeling it fully for 90 seconds... just breathing into the sensations in your body fully, without a story, you'll notice that it moves on.
2️⃣ Honestly consider whether any part of what was said is true. If it is: slow down + tune in – what part of that hurt? And then forgive the judgment you had about yourself, since that's why it stung... we already felt insecure about it.
3️⃣ Now consider the EXACT WORDS you needed to hear from that person to feel okay – and say them to that part of yourself that is hurt. Give YOURSELF what you needed!
Then, watch as life mirrors that openness right back at you... it's magic!
Watch this video to see this in action.
I'll also share what beautiful things will happen in your life when you practice this!
Sending you and all those tender parts of you so much love.
