As an entrepreneur we need to learn how to be with uncertainty, otherwise, the fear-based mind will either take us out of the game or we’ll not really enjoy it.

Here’s a pro tip: thoughts and feelings speak a different language. Let’s say thoughts speak German and feelings speak French, they don’t understand each other. You can’t tell yourself to stop feeling something- it doesn’t work.

You have to actually feel your feelings. Revolutionary right? But you can’t imagine how many people, maybe even you, analyze, talk, or think about your feelings as a subtle way to avoid feeling them.

Neuroscientists have found that when we drop the labels and drop into the body to honestly feel them,  they move on in under 90 seconds. That’s all it takes!

Imagine if we were courageous enough to stop and feel for a minute and then powerfully kept moving forward on our missions? Life would be so much more clear, light and inspired. I want that for you.

You may be reading this and thinking ‘feeling anxiety would be terrible!’ but it’s actually resisting what is here that is terrible. And, I don’t want you to believe me, test it and find out for yourself.
