When people ask, “What you do?” Do you freeze?
Most people think who they are is what they do… So how do you label and box yourself?
You can’t.
Maybe you've been through that or you've had an "identity crisis" because you changed jobs and now who are you?
It can feel scary not knowing who you are anymore or what’s next...
… OR IT CAN BE LIBERATING.
The egoic mind tries to create an identity because that’s what makes it feel safe. But, the truth is, any definition you have about yourself is too limiting for who you really are.
Watch as I coach this beautiful woman in re-claiming her power, her true identity, and her direction.
Here’s what you’ll see in action:
- The egoic mind projects fear onto the Unknown, but, if we let go of the fear and get curious instead, the EXPERIENCE of not knowing is actually freeing.
- We look for a sense of security in a concept (a future), but the real security we crave is in our Being… in the present moment.
- Spiritual practices (like questioning everything) help us open to what’s beyond the mind, a ground of well-being + peace that’s always here, whether we’re awake to it or not.
